Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Team Swolen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lighters ship via USPS Ground Advantage only and are available for U.S. shipping only.

Damages & Lost Packages

Team Swolen is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all original packaging and taking photos of the damage to assist with the claims process.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly, as they are responsible for delivery confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Team Swolen is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
